Employment Dovey co-owns a chain of nine BlueWater Wireless stores in Western Washington, including locations in Federal Way and Maple Valley. The BlueWaterenterprise is a unique blend of wireless telephone services combined with coffee shops and meeting space. Personal Dovey moved to Federal Way in 1968 and was part of Decatur High School's first graduating class in 1973. Dovey and his wife, Jennifer, have two children, Jackson and Jeneca.
