PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Trail that will follow parallel to Pacific Highway S or be located

within the partially unopened right-of-way of 16th Avenue S.

PUBLIC BENEFIT:

• Improved non-motorized access to the City Center and

neighboring cities

• Improved safety for non-motorized users by separating from

the roadway

• Reduced noise and air pollution in surrounding areas due to

an increase in non-motorized use and a decrease in single

occupancy vehicles
