Description

This project shall consist of:

  • This scope of work requires the Contractor to remove and replace the exterior police gates at City Hall, 33325 8th Ave South, Federal Way, WA
  • Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of existing exterior gates.
  • Contractor shall manufacture, deliver, and install ornamental picket style iron gate.
  • Contractor shall either reconnect or install all automation for gate depending on bid option the city selects. 
  • Installation shall include all material, permitting, and installation necessary to properly remove and install gates.
  • All work must be completed during normal business hours, Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.

The City anticipates awarding this project to the successful bidder and intends to give Notice to Proceed as soon as the Contract and all required documents are executed in full.  Regardless of the date of award or Notice to Proceed, the Contractor must complete all work within 90 working days from date of signed contract. 

The City of Federal Way reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities or minor irregularities in the bidding, and determine which bid or bidder meets the criteria set forth in the bid documents.
