Don't throw away clothes just because they have a rip or hole. Learn to fix it! South King Tool Library and City of Federal Way Recycling are partnering together to offer a free hands-on workshop to teach easy ways to repair your clothing such as jeans, shirts, leggings, sweaters and more. Plus, learn ways to care for your clothing, sustainable shopping practices and recycling at end-of-life.

If you have a sewing machine, we encourage you to bring it. We will have a few extras available. Also, please bring any clothing that needs repair and we will try to fix them at the class. This class developed for adults, but mature children and teenagers are welcome to attend too.
