Former chief executive officer of the Multi-Service Center, a local non-profit community action agency that is well known and well respected throughout South King County.

Duclos has lived in Federal Way for 14 years and is very involved in the community. She enjoys warm-water scuba diving, boating, beach walking, bike riding and reading.
