Recycling Event


The City holds free recycling events each spring and fall for residents to drop off a variety of items that are not typically collected at the curb and/or banned from disposal. Events are typically held on a Saturday in April and September, 9 AM - 3 PM, in the Wild Waves Parking Lot at 36892 Milton Rd S, Federal Way.  Due to COVID-19, the Spring Recycling Event has been cancelled.

Note: Rigid plastic is no longer accepted as there are no current local recycling options for this material.
