I hereby request deferred findings if I am eligible. I submitted the below statement for consideration in the event I am not eligible for deferred findings. I agree to abide by the terms of the deferred finding ordered by the court. I understand that if I fail to abide by any condition of the deferred finding that this ticket will go on my record, that I will still owe courts costs, that I will be charged the full value of the original fine plus a $52 administrative fee, and that the original ticket will go on my record.
